Pour une écologie de la relation humaine Entretien avec Jean-François Bernardini
Jean-François Bernardini is a committed singer, founder of the Corsican group I Muvrini, and president of the AFC Umani association, which works with schools, sports teams, prisons and associations. For over twenty years, he has championed non-violence education, based on listening, emotional regulation and collective intelligence. In a world marked by systemic crises - environmental, social and psychological - he examines the deep roots of collective imbalance. His latest book, “Dysrégulation: le mal du siècle?” (Dysregulation: the evil of the century), offers an original reading of our drifting: what if inner, emotional and relational dysregulation were deeply nourishing our collective failures? In this discussion, he reviews the main points of his latest book, in which he links inner imbalances to global crises, and argues for a systemic approach to human and social health.
