This literature review is devoted to papers showing the interest of cannabinoids and in particular THC and CBD in the treatment of intraocular pressure and glaucoma, although complementary studies are still pending. A cannabis-based eyewash for treating glaucoma has been marketed for the first time in Jamaica.
