For four days (October 2 to 5, 2024), the CITAC (Collège International de Thérapies par Activation de la Conscience) symposium took place in the Centre Vieux Port in Marseille. The symposium invites us to learn more about consciousness activation techniques (CAT), the fourth wave in the history of modern psychology.
The topics covered provided a better understanding of CATs, techniques for activating attention and hyper-awakening consciousness, which can be used by a large number of people to facilitate communication, learning, and creation, as well as by health care professionals in their therapeutic treatment. This modern technique is based on the use of neuroscientific concepts and the results of clinical experiments validated by Evidence-Based Medicine.
As a result, students, athletes, patients, and health care personnel have been able to benefit, in complete safety, from learning this technique, which is at the forefront of a fourth wave in the history of modern psychology.
