Biohacking, an emerging movement combining human optimization, technological innovation, and personalized medicine, is gaining increasing attention in the fields of prevention and integrative health. At the same time, naturopathy—an approach grounded in a holistic vision of health—is undergoing profound transformation under the influence of recent scientific advances and digital technologies. This article offers a comparative reading of these two paradigms: Far from being antagonistic, biohacking and naturopathy are arguably converging toward a renewed form of health support, which we term “naturopathy 3.0.” Grounded in traditional knowledge, life sciences, and connected technologies, this emerging approach aims at a reasoned, personalized, and ethical optimization of well-being and preventive care. We analyze the historical and epistemological foundations of this convergence, its practical applications in integrative health practices, and the scientific and ethical implications that arise from it.
